The service

Voltares is software for recording and analysing business energy use and costs. The product is in development; the demo on this website uses fictional sample data and does not represent a live account. Features may change before and after launch.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

• Keep login details confidential and make sure the people you invite are authorised to act for your business.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of readings, receipts and other data your team enters.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in naira at the price shown when you subscribe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, attempts to access other customers’ data, reverse engineering, or activity that disrupts the platform.

Your data and our intellectual property

You own the data you put into Voltares and grant us permission to process it to provide the service. We own the Voltares software, brand and content.

AI outputs

Anomaly flags, forecasts and recommendations are estimates to support your decisions. They are not proof of wrongdoing and not engineering or financial advice. Review them before acting.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
